It has come to that time where I feel that this blog should be retired. It will stay up however the three of us have chosen to move in different directions and we sincerely thank you all for reading over the past 19 months. Without you, this wouldn’t have been possible.

Three kids. Three time zones. One mission... 
You guys have all been a great inspiration to me, and I know your posts have helped a lot of other guys. It has been a privilege to be allowed to share parts of your lives as you have helped each other take some big steps forward in your lives. I’m glad the blog will stay up and hope that some of you will check back and tell your friends here about your achievements or just your thoughts from time to time. In any case, talk about ending on a high note – Robert’s all-star goal will keep me smiling for a year!
ps – I’m sure all three of you will do great things. I wish you the best of everything – especially love.
I wondered if you were close to this. With Ben and Brad pretty much tied up the whole last school year, and you headed off to university in a couple of months, it was probably inevitable.
However, that being said, when I think back over the posts and their comments, I recognize how much good you’ve done in those 19 months. Both for yourselves and the many other young people, athletes and all the others who have visited and read your story.
Thanks for being a force in the LGBT world, at a time when voices like yours are sorely needed. Keep up the good work in other ways! And good luck (as if luck was a factor) at college.

Hello! I third all the support and encouraging words of the first two commenters, and I want to add that I think that all the encouraging, effort in the name of understanding, and good-will you’ve put forth by creating this blog will come and find you again. I realize not every day of participating in the project was “nice” or enjoyable, but I do believe the universe will pay-it-forward in dramatic and beautiful ways.
